greetings herb just left to take a clock back to craig for fixing and after seeing your blog updated i decided to update you on our lives as it has been some time - herb traveled to va two weeks ago and i last weekend packing and bringing some of michelle's stuff here to belleville - listened to a the maple grove church tape today of the easter service i missed - it was wonderful as always - i listened to myron augsburger (80 some years) and still going strong with the words rolling from his heart with no notes in front of him - michelle attends grace mennonite and myron was the visiting speaker on sunday there - also missed our family easter dinner which was okay - michelle and i had chicken noodle soup! it has been cold here the past three days with no sun shining - the peas in my garden are popping up but growing slowly - have a quilt in but at the present my fingers are sore so am putting them to rest - in the morning herb is fixing a pancake breakfast for ez, jummie, and irv - i plan on cooking some mush for them to eat hot - won't they like that! enjoy your canadians - we were in swaziland with a couple of them and i love how they say that one word "hey" i think it is - the girls are traveling home this weekend - kim flying into dullas llpm and michelle picking her up and heading to belleville to arrive 3am fri morn - oh to be young and adventursome - to past my time traveling to va alone i took a couple of cassette tapes of peson's funerals that i was interested in hearing - the miles flew by! why do we wait until the death of a person to say such good things about them! have a great couple of last weeks and we think of you often - marlene
We are the parents of three children and seven grandchildren. We live on a
dairy farm in Central Pennsylvania and as of May 2008, we sold our dairy herd. After 30 years of God being so good to us and our family, we are now looking forward to giving back to Him as we volunteer with the MCC Meat Canner from October 2008 - April 2009!
We would be happy to hear from you during our trip.
